Our guitar lessons are built around the music you actually want to play. From first chords and favourite songs through to lead guitar, improvisation, songwriting and more advanced technique, lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and experience level. We teach kids, teens and adults across acoustic and electric guitar, with a focus on developing confident, independent musicians rather than just working through exercises. Lessons are taught by working musicians in a supportive, psychologically informed environment, with opportunities to perform live and play alongside other students throughout the year. For younger students, our teachers engaged in child-related work hold current NSW Working With Children Checks, and Song School maintains public liability insurance. Lessons are held at our Maroubra teaching space and are suitable for complete beginners through to more experienced players.
